Bicester Wedding Photography
As a documentary wedding photographer based in London, I have had the pleasure of photographing many beautiful weddings. And Emily and Dave's summer wedding was no exception. Although the original venue for their wedding was meant to be Tithe Barn in Launton, they decided to have their special day at their beautiful home in Bicester due to the issues around lockdown. It was an intimate wedding, but it was filled with so much love and joy.
Summer Wedding
The ceremony took place in their back garden, which was transformed into a beautiful setting for the wedding. As a wedding photographer, I always love the challenge of capturing the essence of a couple's wedding, regardless of the location. Emily and Dave's garden provided the perfect backdrop for their wedding ceremony. The mood was relaxed, and you could feel the love and happiness between the couple. Emily looked incredible in her dress and Dave was the essence of a handsome British gent.
After the ceremony and lots of happy tears, we headed to some fields near their house in Bicester for the bride and groom photography session. It was a stunning location, with picturesque scenery, and the couple looked amazing. One of the best things about photographing weddings is capturing the natural moments between the couple. Emily and Dave were so natural and comfortable in front of the camera, which made my job easier.
Natural Wedding Photography
The reception was held in their back garden, which was decorated beautifully. It was a relaxed and enjoyable day, and everyone had a great time. As a documentary wedding photographer, it's important for me to capture the details of the day, from the decorations to the food, to the guests having a good time. I also love capturing candid moments of the guests, especially when they're enjoying themselves on the dance floor.
Emily and Dave's wedding was a perfect example of how love can thrive in even the most challenging of circumstances. They showed us that a beautiful wedding doesn't necessarily require a grand venue, but it's about the people who are there to celebrate with you.
